Shipping & Returns
Overview
At Shoptik Mall, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Our return and refund policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain items are non-returnable, including intimate wear, earrings or personal accessories (for hygiene reasons), customized products, and items purchased during clearance or sale events.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Personal care or hygiene-related accessories
To initiate a return, a valid order number or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at info@shoptikmall.com with images of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit after the return is approved. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
