Payment Methods
At Shoptik Mall, we strive to make checkout fast, secure, and convenient. We accept the following payment methods:

- UPI Payments (like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (if available on checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (where applicable)
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways to protect your financial information. We do not store complete card details on our servers.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order and payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. Please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case).
If your payment fails, you will be notified immediately, and no charge will be applied.
Refund Policy
When Refunds Apply
We offer refunds when:
- Returned items are approved per our Returns Policy
- Orders are canceled before shipment
- Damaged or defective products are reported within the eligible time frame
Refunds are processed only through your original payment method.
How Refunds Are Issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Bank processing times may vary
- Refunds may show up as separate transactions from the original payment
Partial or No Refunds
Refunds may not be issued in full or may be denied if:
- The item is not returned in original condition
- Tags or packaging are missing
- Contacts are not provided with the return request
- The product was purchased during a final sale or promotional clearance
